I am a fellowship-trained Consultant Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Radiologist. I completed my medical training at St. Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of London. My postgraduate training in clinical radiology took place in Manchester and the North West of England, followed by a dedicated sports imaging fellowship at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London. My practice involves reviewing and reporting X-rays, CT scans and MRI scans. I also perform diagnostic ultrasound scans as well as treat various joint and soft tissue disorders with image-guided therapeutic injections.
I report scans and treat all patients including professional and nonprofessional sporting athletes. My experience predominantly revolves around orthopaedic, sports medicine and rheumatology conditions. I work closely with my clinical colleagues, believing in a close association and network to ensure the best possible care for our patients. Participation in multidisciplinary clinical meetings involving upper and lower limb teams are an established part of my weekly clinical practice.
I hold interests in research and education by regularly reviewing articles and publications for submission in peer-reviewed scientific journals as well as present and teach at scientific meetings, both nationally and international conferences. I currently hold Senior Honorary Lecturer positions at Manchester Metropolitan University and at the University of Salford.
