I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Foot and Ankle Surgery and the treatment of sports injuries. I completed my specialist orthopaedic training across several leading trauma centres in the East and West Midlands before undertaking a dedicated Foot and Ankle Fellowship at the internationally renowned Wrightington Hospital. I further enhanced my expertise through a visiting fellowship at a specialist foot and ankle centre in Germany.

My clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and management of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including ankle pain, ankle arthritis, Achilles tendon disorders, bunions, plantar fasciitis, foot and ankle fractures, inflammatory arthritis, and arthritis affecting the joints of the foot and big toe. I offer both non-surgical and surgical treatments, including complex reconstruction and deformity correction, enabling me to provide comprehensive care for patients with both common and complex foot and ankle problems.

I also have a particular interest in the management of sports-related foot and ankle injuries, helping patients of all activity levels return safely to the activities they enjoy.

Alongside my clinical work, I am actively involved in research, education, and quality improvement. I have published and presented research nationally and internationally and have been invited to speak at specialist meetings within my field. Throughout my career, I have held several leadership roles, including positions in clinical governance, audit and research, infection prevention, undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, and as a Specialist Adviser to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

To date, I have performed a high volume of foot and ankle procedures, ranging from routine operations to complex reconstructive surgery. I am committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based care and achieving the best possible outcomes for my patients.

I am a member of the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA) and both the British and European Foot and Ankle Societies. I also hold a Master's level qualification in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute (Level 7) and completed the BOA Clinical Leaders Programme during my fellowship training.
